– Deliveries are sent via courier (Kilnerpark Kwekery uses The Courier Guy as their courier of choice and may use personal delivery trucks where we see fit).

– We only courier to a destination within the boundaries of The Courier Guy http://thecourierguy.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/Service-Areas-Johannesburg-Local.pdf.

– Courier cost is charged as a flat rate depending on the area of delivery as well as the net weight of the order placed.

Delivery Information

– Delivery times and conditions will mainly adhere to The Courier Guy Terms and Conditions (https://www.thecourierguy.co.za/terms-conditions/).

– Product collection times at Kilnerpark Kwekery for customers that pre-order are as follows:

  • Mon- Fri = 16:30pm to 00:00pm (Mid-Day Hours) – Next day 12:00pm to 16:30pm.

–  00:00am to 10:00am (Moring Hours) – Same day 12:00pm to 16:30pm.

–  10:00am to 16:30pm (Working Hours) – Next day 12:00pm to 16:30pm.

  • Unless agreed upon, order will be held in store for a maximum of 15 business days. After the specified time customer forfeit any claims to product or refund.


– Payments are made online via PayFast/WhooCommerance payment gateway.

– Payments Methods – Credit Card, Debit Card, Instant EFT, MasterPass, SnapScan.

– Kilnerpark Kwekery will adhere to Payfast policies (https://www.payfast.co.za/privacy-policy/).

Price and Product Information

– Kilnerpark Kwekery attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Kilnerpark Kwekery does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from Kilnerpark Kwekery that you receive is not described as shown on Kilnerpark Kwekery, it can be returned as described in our refunds, returns and cancellations policy.

Kilnerpark Kwekery has no obligation to notify customers in the event of shipping price changes as well as changes to product prices. All Product prices are subject to change without prior notice.


Refunds, Returns and Cancellations Policy

– For a cancellation of order please send an e-mail to info@kilnerparkkwekery.co.za with your cancellation request, order number and name (Other information might be requested).

– All cancellations will be refunded with a 5% deduction to cover administration costs.

– An order cannot be cancelled once it has already been picked up.

– Kilnerpark Kwekery reserves the right to cancel or adjust an order for which payment has already been received.  This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Kilnerpark Kwekery standards. Customer will be notified and refunded in full.

– The customers reserves the right to return any or all purchased items for a refund if not satisfied, midst any of the items are not damage and/or unnecessarily opened by the customer.

– Kilnerpark Kwekery will need to be notified within 4 business days and products must be returned within 4 business days of receipt of the order in an undamaged condition.

– The original delivery charge will not be refunded and the cost for returning the parcel is at the Customers expense.

– Returns will be refunded with a 5% deduction to cover administration costs.

– If there were to be any damage to a customer’s order or on any item purchased upon arrival due to natural and/or unnatural causes e.g. freezing, overheating or poor packing, Kilnerpark Kwekery must be notified within 24 hours via e-mail.

– Kilnerpark Kwekery will not refund any orders or items if not notified via e-mail before any return.

– An option will be given upon notification whether customer would like to replace the damage good or receive a full refund for damage products.

– In the case of damage goods please send Kilnerpark Kwekery photographic evidence, as we may need these as proof when filing claims with the courier service.

– Kilnerpark Kwekery may request a product return at Kilnerpark Kwekery expenses or the self-disposal of the product.
